개인정보처리방침
Donebook(이하 “서비스”)은 개인 개발자가 운영하는 메모 도구입니다. 이 문서는 서비스가 어떤 정보를 받고, 어디에 두고, 어떻게 다루는지를 밝힙니다.
1. 로그인 없이 사용할 때
서비스는 로그인 없이도 완전히 동작합니다. 이때 작성한 메모는 이용자의 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 개발자는 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.
2. 구글 로그인으로 수집하는 정보
기기 간 동기화를 원해 구글 계정으로 로그인하면 다음이 수집됩니다.
- 이메일 주소 — 계정을 식별하고 화면에 표시하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 계정 식별자 — 이용자의 데이터를 구분하기 위한 내부 고유값입니다.
- 구글이 함께 제공하는 기본 프로필 정보(이름, 프로필 사진 주소 등) — 인증 제공업체(Supabase)의 인증 저장소에 함께 보관됩니다. 서비스는 이 정보를 사용하지도, 화면에 표시하지도 않습니다. 다만 저장은 이루어지므로 사실대로 밝힙니다.
연락처, 캘린더, 드라이브 등 그 밖의 구글 데이터에는 접근하지 않습니다.
3. 이용자가 입력한 내용
메모 본문, 프로젝트 이름, 색상·크기·정렬 순서, 작성·완료·삭제 시각이 저장됩니다. 로그인한 경우 동기화를 위해 서버에도 저장됩니다.
4. 이용 목적
수집한 정보는 로그인 유지와 기기 간 동기화에만 사용합니다. 광고에 사용하지 않으며, 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 이용자의 메모 내용을 분석하거나 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
5. 처리를 위탁하는 곳
- Supabase — 데이터베이스와 로그인 처리
- Cloudflare — 사이트 호스팅, 방문 통계
- Google — 로그인 인증, 방문 통계(Google Analytics)
6. 보관과 삭제
- 정보는 계정이 유지되는 동안 보관합니다.
- 이 기기의 메모는 설정 → 위험 구역 → 전체 초기화로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다. 지우기 전에 백업 파일이 먼저 내려받아집니다.
- 계정과 클라우드에 저장된 데이터는 설정 → 위험 구역 → 계정 삭제에서 직접 지울 수 있습니다. 삭제 전에 백업 파일이 먼저 내려받아지며, 이 기기에 남은 메모는 그대로 유지됩니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
- 언제든 설정 → 백업 → 내보내기로 자신의 데이터 전부를 JSON 파일로 가져갈 수 있습니다.
7. 쿠키와 방문 통계
광고를 위한 쿠키는 사용하지 않으며, 어떤 정보도 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 브라우저에 저장되는 것은 로그인 상태를 유지하기 위한 인증 정보와, 아래 방문 통계 도구가 사용하는 값입니다.
방문자 수와 이용 흐름을 파악하기 위해 두 가지 도구를 사용합니다.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — 쿠키를 심지 않습니다. 페이지 주소, 화면 크기, 페이지 로드 속도 같은 익명 집계 정보만 수집합니다.

Google Analytics — 이 도구는 브라우저에 쿠키(
_ga등)를 저장합니다. 방문 횟수와 화면 이동 경로를 구분하기 위한 것으로, 익명 식별자와 페이지 주소, 기기·브라우저 종류, 대략적인 지역(도시 수준) 정보가 Google 로 전송됩니다. 이름이나 이메일 같은 개인 식별 정보는 전송하지 않습니다.
메모 내용은 어떤 경우에도 전송되지 않습니다. 두 도구 모두 이용자가 작성한 글에 접근할 수 없습니다.
브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단하거나, 광고 차단 확장 프로그램을 사용하면 Google Analytics 수집을 거부할 수 있습니다. 그렇게 해도 서비스 이용에는 아무런 제한이 없습니다.
8. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 때는 서비스 화면에서 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
Donebook (“the Service”) is a note-taking tool run by an individual developer. This page explains what the Service receives, where it is kept, and how it is handled.
1. Using it without signing in
The Service works fully without an account. Notes you write are stored only in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to a server. The developer cannot see them.
2. What Google sign-in collects
If you sign in with Google to sync across devices, the following is collected:
- Email address — used to identify your account and shown in the app.
- Account identifier — an internal value used to separate your data from others’.
- Basic profile information Google provides (name, profile picture URL, etc.) — stored alongside it in the authentication provider’s (Supabase) auth store. The Service neither uses nor displays this information, but it is stored, so it is disclosed here.
No other Google data — contacts, calendar, drive — is accessed.
3. What you enter
Note text, project names, colour, size, ordering, and created / completed / deleted timestamps are stored. When signed in, they are also stored on the server for syncing.
4. How it is used
Collected information is used only to keep you signed in and to sync across devices. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with third parties. Your note contents are not analysed or used to train models.
5. Processors
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Cloudflare — site hosting, visit statistics
- Google — sign-in, visit statistics (Google Analytics)
6. Retention and deletion
- Information is kept for as long as the account exists.
- Notes on this device can be erased at any time via Settings → Danger zone → Reset everything. A backup file is downloaded first.
- You can delete your account and everything stored in the cloud yourself via Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. A backup file is downloaded first, and notes saved on this device are kept. This cannot be undone.
- You can export all of your data as a JSON file at any time via Settings → Backup → Export.
7. Cookies and visit statistics
No advertising cookies are used, and no information is shared for advertising purposes. What is stored in your browser is the credentials needed to keep you signed in, plus the values used by the analytics tools below.
Two tools are used to understand visit numbers and how the app is used:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — sets no cookies. It collects only aggregate, anonymous information such as page path, screen size, and page load speed.

Google Analytics — this tool stores cookies (
_gaand similar) in your browser. They are used to distinguish visits and follow navigation paths. An anonymous identifier, page paths, device and browser type, and approximate location (city level) are sent to Google. No personally identifying information such as your name or email is sent.
Note contents are never transmitted. Neither tool can access what you write.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker, to opt out of Google Analytics. Doing so does not restrict your use of the Service in any way.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date on this page is updated. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
